Staples.com Selects I-Traffic for Online Advertising and Direct Marketing

    FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1999--Staples Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLS) today announced it has retained i-traffic as its online advertising and online direct marketing agency for Staples.com, the company's e-commerce business unit.

i-traffic will manage all online media planning and buying and online creative development for Staples.com to drive transacting traffic to the site and maximize the company's online marketing investments.
