New branded home office and home organizing products to launch in
stores nationwide and online in fall 2015

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (NYSE: MSO), and Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ:
SPLS), today announced a new, multi-year strategic direct retail
collaboration for the manufacture and distribution of Martha Stewart
Home Office ™ products.

The assortment will be available at more than 1100 Staples retail stores

The new Martha Stewart Home Office ™ products will be available
exclusively at Staples’ stores nationwide, Staples.com and Quill.com
beginning November 2015.
Staples and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia first worked together in
2012 on a line of products that are currently available in Staples’
stores and on staples.com.
